Experience the thrill of small river rapids on a one-way paddle from Hampden Bridge to Bendeela. This trip takes 2.5 hours and the rapids are suitable for all levels of experience. You'll pass by changing scenery from tall cliffs and boulders to sandy bays and dense bushland. When you reach Bendeela, a return transfer will take you back to where you started.
Nature spotters can relax on a flat-water paddle on Lake Yarrunga, near Bendeela. Enjoy a return transfer from Kangaroo Valley and spend 2-hours exploring tranquil waters. Look out for azure kingfishers along the water's edge and try to spot a platypus. This trip is perfect for families.
Adventure seekers can take on a full-day, overnight or multi-day trip. Explore over 20km of river from Bendeela to Tallowa Dam. You'll camp on the riverbank at Lake Yarrunga campgrounds amongst beautiful bushland scenery. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and continue your kayaking journey. Morton National Park is always open but may have to close at times due to poor weather or fire danger.
Parts of the south-eastern area of this park were once used for military training and may contain unexploded artillery shells. These areas have restrictions in place for your safety.

Fitzroy Falls: $4 per vehicle per day. Bundanoon area: $8 per vehicle per day. The park has pay machines - cash and cards accepted.
